What does your daily routine with us look like?

• We start the day with stand-ups, where we show what we achieved the day before and what we are working on next. It is also the place to connect.
  • Stand-up times are set by the teams.
  • Stand-ups are held online, so everyone can attend from anywhere.
• Every week on Wednesday we have a huge studio meeting, also held online, where all teams present what they achieved, where they need input and what the status of the project is – and we also showcase our newest memes that we created.
• You either work in our office or from home. As long as you communicate properly and get your shit done, we are happy.
  • In our team we have people who work 100% in the office, 50/50 or completely remote. In general, we prefer people coming to the office because it significantly boosts team morale and the overall vibe of making something together shines through. BUT you will not have any disadvantages if you work hybrid or remote.
